Summary: The Digital Customer Experience Senior Program Manager will play a leading role on within our growing Program Management team.
You will leverage your subject matter expertise in support and services to monitor progress and risks against the program schedule, capture and track critical actions and decisions, facilitate key cross-functional meetings, manage cross-team communication processes and tools, support budget management, and drive program logistics for virtual and face-to-face meetings.
The Senior Program Manager will be a key leader within the Digital Customer Experience program.
Key Tasks: Align with PMO team to continuously document and monitor progress against Program Schedule and Timeline Document and monitor overall program issues, risks, actions and follow-up Identify, document, and monitor critical program milestones and dependencies Prepare executive and stakeholder updates, including facilitating key cross-functional interlocks Orchestrate and track program-wide communications, including processes and tools Support program budget management and logistics for virtual and face-to-face sessions Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Advanced university degree preferred (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience 10 years of total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area Understanding and knowledge of digital support and service industry strongly preferred, including multiple channel access and flow Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to interact at all levels from customer to C-level, including excellent presentation and message development skills An ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituencies A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Extensive team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects Extensive business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization Excellent presentation creation skills Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
